Required Skills
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and WAN links.
- Handle L2/L3 network troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, DHCP and DNS.
- Work with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF and static routing.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Internet, MPLS and connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization and link availability.
- Perform configuration, upgrades, backups and preventive maintenance.
- Analyze network faults using appropriate monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Coordinate with NOC, ISP, vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Handle escalations and ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA timelines.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations and incident reports.
- Participate in planned network changes, migrations and implementation activities.
Familiarity with network devices from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, MikroTik, or similar OEMs is preferred
